Cant register my maxisys.Emailed Autel 3 weeks ago still no answer.

Hi I hope you can help me.I'VE recently purchased a maxisys 908 and have tried to register the unit but it tells me its already registered.I purchased it as an x demo from a dealer.How can I register this unit in my name.I have already created an account. Thankyou for your help. -

Hi, did you send the mail to support@autel.com? If not, please resent the mail with S/N of your tool. If the tool has been registered then it cannot be registered again. We will transfer the tool to your ID directly. Thanks!
